Born to the nomadic life of the Sagolii desert 'H' tribe, H'atari struggled to adopt his Sunseeker upbringing. He took more after his mother, a moonkeeper artist by the name of Othel Solinah. Despite watching her pass at the age of 6, H'atari never forgot his mother's words of wisdom to soothe his distress about being a hunter."And so we forgive, when life must eat life in order to live."His father, H'ados Nunh, was an unforgiving man with little patience for the black sheep of the tribe. H'atari kept his eyes to the horizon and questioned their isolationism often. Their relationship came to a head when their argument came to blows. In the ensuing combat, H'ados broke off half his son's tail, but H'atari ultimately brought his father low,
ready to deliver the coup de grâce.Yet his mother's words were all he could hear.The fight was over and, much to the chagrin of H'ados, H'atari denied the tradition of killing to take the title of Nunh. The two struck an accord to share the title--for a time. H'atari recieved some resources to prove his progressive ideas and, failing that, the two would finish their fight permanently.Years passed and H'atari slowly built a business for small land shipments. His eductation grew, along with his finances, which brought him to Limsa Lominsa. It was there, in the pirate queen's domain, he connected with a Hellsguard family by the name of Grokkenheim. They took H'atari in while he apprenticed with their seafaring shipping company, and they treated him like their fourth son. With their help, H'atari finally established his own enterprise, the H&H Tradewinds.Years passed and H'atari has grown a small tribe of eccentric tenants living at the Mimosa Manor apartments and cafe: An ishgardian seer, a Garlemald refugee, his adoptive brother, joy merchants, tinkers, and more. His life finally looked the way he dreamed it could, but the predetermined confrontation with his father loomed.
